Where the Glenn Pool oil boom began

In November 1905, a well on Ida Glenn's farm came in as the first gusher of the Glenn Pool field, and the boom that followed helped put the Tulsa area on the map. Glenpool still marks that history with a monument in Black Gold Park and its annual Black Gold Days celebration.

Today Glenpool is a growing Tulsa County city on US-75, with older homes alongside newer subdivisions. We serve all of it.

Those two kinds of homes need different things. Older houses often have original ductwork and gas piping that deserve a careful look before any new equipment goes in, while newer homes are more likely to need help with airflow balance or a builder-grade system reaching the end of its life. Either way, we start by measuring, not guessing.

A short drive from our shop

SH-117 begins just west of Sapulpa and runs east as Taft Avenue in Creek County and 121st Street South in Tulsa County, ending at US-75 in Glenpool. Our shop is on Taft Avenue in Sapulpa, which makes Glenpool one of the closest cities we serve outside our home town.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. After-hours help is available based on technician availability, and a surcharge may apply.

Furnaces, gas lines and heating season

Many Glenpool homes heat with natural gas, and when a gas furnace has a problem it tends to show up on the first cold night of the year. Common signs are a furnace that clicks but will not light, short cycling, a burning smell that does not go away after the first run of the season, or a yellow, lazy burner flame instead of a crisp blue one.

A furnace tune-up in the fall catches most of these before they turn into a no-heat call. If you are adding a gas range, a generator or a new furnace location, we also run and repair gas lines.

If you ever smell gas, do not try to find the leak. Leave the house, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside.

Summer cooling and repair

Glenpool summers are long, hot and humid. When your AC stops keeping up, the cause is often something fixable: a failed capacitor, a dirty coil, a clogged drain line or low refrigerant from a leak. Our diagnostic visit is $95, and the fee is waived when you have us make the repair.
