Heating & Air Conditioning in Jenks, OK

Jenks sits between the Arkansas River and US-75, and the Creek Turnpike runs from our home base in Sapulpa straight through it.

Between the river and US-75

Jenks is known for the Oklahoma Aquarium, the Riverwalk area on the Arkansas River, and the downtown shops that earned it the nickname "Antique Capital of Oklahoma." For us it is also an easy drive: the Creek Turnpike starts at the Turner Turnpike in Sapulpa and has an interchange with US-75 in Jenks.

We serve all of Jenks, from the older streets around Main Street to the newer neighborhoods that have filled in over the past couple of decades.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. After-hours help is available based on technician availability, and a surcharge may apply. A diagnostic visit is $95, and that fee is waived when you have us make the repair.

Fast growth means a lot of systems the same age

Jenks has been one of Oklahoma's fastest-growing cities. When a lot of houses go up in the same years, a lot of air conditioners and furnaces wear out in the same years too. Many builder-installed systems in newer subdivisions are now at the age where the repair calls start getting closer together.

When that happens, we give you a straight answer on repair versus replacement. If replacement makes sense, the estimate is free, and we size the new system with a Manual J load calculation instead of matching whatever tonnage was there before. Builders often install the same size unit across many floor plans, and it is not always right for your house.

If you want more efficiency and quieter operation, ask about high-efficiency inverter systems. We install Midea, TCL and TuttoKool inverter equipment and service all major brands, so you can compare options in one visit.

Hot upstairs, cold downstairs

In two-story homes, the most common complaint we hear is an upstairs that will not cool in summer and a downstairs that runs cold. Usually the equipment is fine and the problem is airflow: undersized returns, long duct runs to the second floor, or dampers that were never set.

We measure static pressure and balance the system on every install, and we can do the same on an existing system. Sometimes the fix is a return air path or duct changes rather than a new unit.

Cleaner air through Oklahoma's pollen seasons

Oklahoma's long spring and fall pollen seasons are hard on allergy sufferers, and a forced-air system moves a lot of air through the house every day. Better filtration, sealed ductwork and humidity control all help. Ask us about indoor air quality options when we are out for service.

We also offer Gold, Silver and Bronze maintenance plans, financing on new systems (subject to credit approval), and we can talk through current rebate programs from your electric and gas utility.

Jenks HVAC questions

Why is the upstairs of my Jenks home so much hotter than downstairs?

Most of the time it is airflow, not the unit. Undersized returns, long duct runs and unbalanced dampers are common causes. We check static pressure and airflow before recommending anything.

Is my builder-grade system worth repairing?

It depends on the age, the repair and the condition of the rest of the system. Our diagnostic visit is $95, waived if you have us do the repair, and we will tell you honestly if replacement is the better value. Replacement estimates are free.
