Common questions
How much does a service call cost?
Repairs start with a $95 diagnostic visit, and that fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. We tell you the price before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice. Estimates for a new or replacement system are free.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with a lending partner to offer monthly payment options on new systems and larger repairs, subject to credit approval. Ask during your estimate and we will walk you through it.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Our regular hours are Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM. After-hours help is available based on technician availability. A surcharge may apply. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call your gas company or 911 from outside.
Which brands do you work on?
We repair all major brands, including Goodman, Trane, Carrier, Bryant, Rheem, Lennox. For new installs we specialize in high-efficiency inverter systems from Midea, TCL, TuttoKool, and we can quote other brands on request.
What comes with a maintenance plan?
Every plan includes two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling, repair discounts and no overtime charges. Bronze is $99 a year, Silver $179 (adds free diagnostics and 10% off repairs) and Gold $249 (20% off repairs, plus an indoor air quality check and duct inspection). Yes. Choose the service you need and up to three time windows that work for you, and our office confirms one. Existing customers can also log in to the customer portal to see invoices and service history.
