Heating & Air Conditioning in Kiefer, OK
Kiefer is about 5 miles south of Sapulpa on US-75A, one of the shortest drives we make.
An oil-boom town just down the highway
Kiefer grew up fast after the 1905 Glenn Pool oil discovery, when a railroad whistle stop on land bought from the Kiefer family became a busy shipping point. The post office took the name Kiefer in 1906. The boom moved on, but the town stayed, and today it is a small Creek County community with older homes alongside newer houses.
US-75A runs through the middle of town, about 5 miles south to Mounds and 5 miles north to Sapulpa, and SH-67 runs east to Glenpool and US-75. For us, Kiefer is close to home.
We serve homes in town and the rural properties around it.
Furnace repair and heating season
Older gas furnaces develop the same problems over and over: worn igniters, dirty flame sensors, failing inducer motors and cracked or rusted parts that should be inspected every year.
A furnace that short cycles, clicks without lighting, or burns with a yellow, flickering flame needs attention. Make sure your home has working carbon monoxide detectors, and if you ever smell gas, leave the house and call your gas provider or 911 from outside.
Gas lines done right
If you are replacing a furnace, adding a gas appliance or moving equipment to a different spot, the gas piping has to be sized and installed correctly. We handle gas line work along with heating and cooling, so one company is responsible for the whole job.
Natural gas arrangements are not identical from town to town around here, so if your project involves a new meter or a new service, it helps to talk to your gas provider early. We can tell you what to ask.
Keeping it running
Summer cooling matters just as much. When the air conditioner stops keeping up in July, the cause is often a failed capacitor, a dirty coil, a clogged condensate drain or a refrigerant leak. Our diagnostic visit finds the actual problem so you are not paying for parts you did not need.
Our Gold, Silver and Bronze maintenance plans put your furnace and air conditioner on a regular schedule so small problems get caught before they leave you without heat or cooling. Ask us what each tier includes.
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. After-hours help is available based on technician availability, and a surcharge may apply. Diagnostic visits are $95, waived with repair, and replacement estimates are free.
