HVAC Installation & Replacement in Sapulpa & the Tulsa Metro
A new system is a big decision, and it should be sized and installed right the first time. We give free estimates, run a Manual J load calculation on every install and help you choose a system that fits your home and your budget.
System is 10+ years old
Systems lose efficiency with age. Past 10 to 15 years, parts get harder to find and breakdowns become more likely.
Rising energy bills
If bills climb year after year with the same habits, your system may be using more power to do the same job.
Frequent breakdowns
When repairs come every season, that money may be better spent on a reliable new system.
Uneven temperatures
Hot upstairs, cold back bedroom? An aging or poorly sized system, or duct problems, can leave rooms uncomfortable.
Sized right with a Manual J load calculation
A system that is too big turns on and off in short bursts, wears out faster and leaves your house feeling sticky. Too small, and it runs nonstop on the hottest days. Guessing from the old unit or square footage alone is how homes end up with the wrong size.
That is why every install includes a Manual J load calculation. We look at your home's size, insulation, windows, sun exposure and layout to figure out how much heating and cooling it really needs.
High-efficiency inverter systems
Traditional systems run at full speed, shut off and start again. Inverter systems adjust their speed to match what your home needs, so they run longer at lower power. That means steadier temperatures, quieter operation and better humidity control, which matters in a humid Oklahoma summer.
Depending on the home, an inverter system can reduce energy use by up to 30 to 40 percent compared to an older single-stage system. We install high-efficiency inverter equipment including Midea, TCL and TuttoKool, along with conventional systems, and we will help you compare the options honestly.
Ductwork checked on every install
A new system is only as good as the ducts it connects to. Every install includes a duct static-pressure check and balancing, so air moves the way the equipment was designed for. If we find undersized or leaky ducts, we will show you what we found and what it would take to fix it.
- A free, no-pressure estimate at your home
- Manual J load calculation to size the system
- Clear options, from budget-friendly to high-efficiency
- Professional installation with static pressure balancing

Free estimates, financing and rebates
Our estimates are free, and we never push equipment you don't need. That is part of making HVAC affordable again. Financing is available, subject to credit approval, so you can spread out the cost of a new system.
Ask us about current PSO and ONG rebate programs. They change, and we'll check what your system qualifies for. Since 2023, most new home-size central air conditioners installed in Oklahoma must be rated at least 14.3 SEER2, a real step up from many older units.
HVAC Installation & Replacement FAQ
How long does an HVAC installation take?
Many straightforward replacements of a furnace and air conditioner can be finished in about a day. Jobs that add ductwork changes, a new gas line or a switch to a different type of system can take longer. We will give you a realistic timeline with your estimate so you can plan around it.
What size AC or furnace do I need?
It depends on your home, not just the square footage. Insulation, windows, sun exposure, ceiling height and duct layout all play a part. We run a Manual J load calculation on every install to size the system correctly, instead of simply matching the old unit, which may have been the wrong size to begin with.
Is an inverter system worth it?
For many Oklahoma homes, yes. Inverter systems cost more up front, but they run at lower speeds most of the time, which saves energy, controls humidity better and keeps temperatures steady. Whether the savings pay off depends on your home and how long you plan to stay. We will walk you through both options side by side.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes. Financing is available, subject to credit approval. We can go over it during your free estimate so you can compare monthly payments with paying up front. Utility rebates can help too. Programs from local utilities like PSO, OG&E and ONG change from time to time, so ask us and we'll check what your new system qualifies for.
What refrigerant do new systems use?
Under federal rules phasing down high-impact refrigerants, new home AC and heat pump systems now use lower-GWP refrigerants such as R-454B or R-32 instead of R-410A. If your R-410A system is working well, there is no need to replace it just for that. It can still be serviced. We'll explain what applies to your equipment.
